PAULTON ROVERS PRESENTATION NIGHT

Paulton Rovers annual presdentation night was well attend by players, officials and supporters giving them a chance to say farewell to retiring manager Nick Bunyard and his assistant Paul Milsom.

Football chairman Dave Bissex thanked Nick for taking Rovers to its highest ever league place and the success in consolodating a tenth place finish in the Southern League Premier and the great support from Paul for his hard work over the past seven years.

Youth team assistant coach Adam Gould spoke on behalf of manager Tim Curtis who was on holiday. He said the side of mainly 16 year olds battled hard and everything augered well for next season as the majority of the squad will still be available to launch a better challenge.

Nick Bunyard thanked everyone for the support during his tenure over the last 3 and a half years and looked forward to attending a number of future games.

Dave Bissex presented bouquets of flowers to Sue Parsons, Claire Horn, Mandy Francis & Ann Orchard for preparing food and refreshments and hospitality for sponsors and visiting teams.

Everyone then enjoyed a great curry prepared by the Alime family whose 16 years old son Zayn made his first team debut during the season assised by club official Sue Parsons.
