Paulton Rovers held a sell out sports night on Friday with former England Manager Glenn Hoddle in conjunction with his former Tottenham Hotspur and England colleague Steve Perryman.

The first half they shared stories from their playing days some featuring their Argentine colleague Ossie Ardiles.

Spurs supporters came from as far away as Birmingham, Salisbury as well as most from Somerset, Bristol and Gloucestershire.

The night was compared by former Sheffield Wednesday and Swindon Town left back Phil King.

Paulton Rovers hope to hold a similar event in October possibly with Liverpool legends. Watch this space.
